Many of the projects pictured here and in the following pages were undertaken by Four Dimensions Landscape Company, an Oakland, California design-build firm with whom I was associated for over twenty years in the role of principal planting designer, irrigation specialist and project manager. The selection highlights noteworthy projects where I either played a key role in shaping the look of the finished product through my planting scheme, or shaped the design from the concept through to the finished product.
